RETURN POLICY

  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for all other merchandise received in the original, unused, salable condition within 30 days of delivery.
  • Shipping and handling costs and other fees are non-refundable.
  • To exchange an item, please return item for a refund and place a new order.
  • Orders using PayPal must be returned by mail and will not be accepted at stores.
  • Returns will be accepted at US store locations when accompanied by a receipt or pack slip indicating the price paid in US currency and date shipped.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Merchandise indicated as "Final Sale" cannot be returned. If a return is made on a final sale item, the refund will not be processed.

HOW TO RETURN BY MAIL

  • Please indicate the reason for your return on the return form, include this form in the return package and record the return label tracking number for your records.
  • If you choose to use the label included in your package, a charge of $6 will be deducted from your refund amount.
  • If you prefer to return on your own, ship via an insured and traceable carrier to the following:

GIFT RETURNS

All returns will be credited to the original form of payment.

CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES, ALASKA, AND HAWAII CUSTOMERS:

For your convenience, we have included a pre-paid shipping label with your order. Place the peel-and-stick prepaid return label on the outside of the package. The package may be dropped off at FedEx or USPS locations, as well as USPS collection boxes. Or schedule a free USPS pickup from your home or business address. Please record the tracking number from the label for your records. A charge of $6 for the prepaid shipping label will be deducted from your refund. Alternatively, you may use any traceable method of shipment.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

We accept international returns if your request is within 30 days of receipt of delivery. Please note that you will be responsible for any return shipping fees. Karl Lagerfeld Paris does not reimburse any duties or local taxes.

We do not accept international exchanges. If you need to exchange an item you will need to request a return, ship the item back at your expense, and purchase the replacement item as a new order on Karl Lagerfeld Paris. Note: applicable vat tax or other duties and fees as well as shipping will be charged on the replacement item.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us within 7-business days of receipt of your order with images of the item. Karl Lagerfeld Paris is not liable for lost returned packages. Please retain a copy of your return tracking numbers to insure receipt of your delivery.
