Terrible service. Wrong date generated for my purchase

"I placed the order on 31st Dec 2025 9:37PM PST time. As a customer I the bill should always be as per my timezone. But the invoice mentioned it to be 1st Jan 2026. This one mistake put customers at risk for any kind of timed reimbursement for company procurements. Staffs are very unhelpful and did not help me on this matter. My first purchase and it was a very bad experience."

"I first ordered this coat in red, in a size large. They gave me a refund, for having no more in stock. Then, I ordered it in a medium. Once again, they refunded me. I had to have this coat. So I ordered it in black, in a size large. Glad I did, fits just right! I love my new coat. Received lots of compliments."

"It is a good jacket, however it looks longer in front and shorter in the back and i do not like that. It does feel very comfortable though and it's light. I have not worn it yet because i don't know if I'll keep it just because looks shorter in the back. Thank you!"
