Wrong sweater received after ordering twice
"I ordered the black and white sweater twice, both times I received the wrong color. The first time , I called and was directed to return the item and I would be refunded the return fee (very inconvenient). I decided to give the sweater to my sister as I was in the hospital when I item was received and was not well enough to go about returning the sweater. I ordered the sweater again, in black and white and again I received the red and black sweater. This was all within the same month. I called and spoke with a supervisor on 9/25, was advised I would receive a callback after they confirm the black and white sweater in my size is in stock and to ensure this would not happen for a third time. I am still waiting on that callback but very disappointed since I wanted the sweater for my birthday week 9/29. This is a bad look for the company, I should be automatically sent the correct sweater first with a discount being refunded before I send the second sweater back. We shall see!"
