Strap too loose

"So the size is perfect but the strap falls down. I didn't want to go through the trouble of sending it back because it sounded like a hassle so I adjusted it myself with a little bit of sewing. size 8.5. None of the sizes below describe the size I chose for shoes. Hate that I had to do this, but the shoes are very beautiful"
