"Very frustrating experience. I ordered a Small, but received a Medium. The hanging tag says Small, while the actual label on the jacket says Medium, so this is clearly a labeling/packing error. I even attached pictures showing both labels. Now I’m being asked to pay $6 to return it, even though the mistake wasn’t mine. I don’t want a refund—I just want the correct size exchanged without being charged for their error."

"I placed an order on February 6 (Order #4102259687), and while it was confirmed promptly, I have still not received the delivery as of today. The lack of updates and delay has been very disappointing. Timely communication and reliable delivery are essential for customer satisfaction, and unfortunately, this experience has fallen short of expectations.
