Frustrating and Dissatisfying customer service exp

"I ordered this bag on Sep 13 , i never received it until Sep 30 and then later they shipped the wrong bag to me. They are not ready to take any accountability for that. Its Oct 5 my card is already charged and i have still not received my bag 22 days later. So disappointing and frustrating"
