"The Coat is beautiful!!!. Quality Great! Shine Super!! My daughter usually wears a size medium all over. The size medium runs small. Especially if you wear a sweater or cardigan underneath. I am super pleases with the purchase and the price!!"
"Hello, I purchased two coats — one cream and one brown. However, I only received the cream coat. It arrived in a small box that could barely fit one coat, even though the receipt said both items were shipped together. I called customer service the same day to report the issue and explained everything, including that the FedEx photo shows only a small box at my door. It has now been over three weeks, and I still haven’t received the brown coat or a refund. I’m attaching the video of the box and the cream coat I received. You can clearly see that the brown coat was not included. Please review this issue and let me know when I can expect a resolution Thanks"
