This dress is AWFUL! I

"This dress is AWFUL! I was so excited about it, but was so disappointed! The texture is like a stiff paper, the measurements were way out of proportion. Tiny waist, huge shoulders, very flared out hem. I’m typically a size 8 but ordered a 10 to be safe and I figured I could just tie the waist tighter. Well, the button at the waist was about 4 inches from buttoning. Ridiculous!"
